The BUNKHOUSE has beauitful views of the sorrounding mountains and Sawtooth mountains. It sits on Private Property which is walking distance to the Salmon River,(for all you fisherman and women).
This 1,000 sf beauitful log cabin has:
1 bedroom w/ king bed.
bathroom w/ 2 person steam shower.
fully stocked kitchen w/ 4 burner gas stove.
living room area, and heated custom floors.
The BUNKHOUSE, is a cozy warm place to stay, any season of the Mountain year. Great for Vacations, Active sportsman/women, Hunting, Fishing, Snowmobiling. Or just need a place to stay for
weeks or weekends.

Pets are welcome including horses, property has a corral and acrage. Great location to ride, bike, hike or just hang by the river which is just walking distance.

Amenities include: Dishwasher,4 burner gas cooking stove, microwave, refrigerator.
$1200.00 per/week weekly rentals consist of (6night/7days). Plus tax
$200.00 per/night (3 night minimum). Plus tax
$300.00 SECURITY/DAMAGE deposit (FULLY REFUNDABLE).
A $65.00 cleaning fee added to the rental amount. (non-refundable)
$50.00 Pet fee. up to 2 well behaved pets. (non-refundable)

THIS RENTAL IS SUBJECT TO IDAHO STATE TAX, CLEANING FEES, PET FEES, AND A $300.00 SECURITY/ DAMAGE DEPOSIT. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
RESERVATON POLICY:
A booking deposit of 1/2 (half) the rental amount, including tax and cleaning fee, is due within 7 days of placing your reservation, this will be applied in full to the amount of the rental.
The remainder of the rental amount is due NO later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will be confirmed upon receipt of FULL payment.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
This rental home requires a FULLY REFUNDABLE Security/Damage deposit of $300.00.
This deposit will be returned to you NO later than 14 days after your Check-Out date, provided that all real & personal property are in the same conditions as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the lease are met.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be returned to you less a 10% cancellation fee.
If reservations are canceled 30 days or less prior to your reservation date HMM Vatation Home Rentals, Inc. will retain all funds received other than the Security/Damage deposit, unless the home is re-booked at the same price and time, in that case your deposit will be returned to you less a 10% cancellation fee.
